Dr.Manjunath Rajashekhar, Senior Lecturer in Dentistry, James Cook University (JCU), Cairns, Australia and Adjunct Faculty of the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Yenepoya Dental College was the Resource Person.

The session was informative and gave a broad perspective of how the health care system in Australia has been modified to provide oral health care to remote and indigenous populations, and how these changes can be incorporated into the Indian health care system. Dr.Manjunath also discussed the existing health inequity, best practices, and challenges in the Australian health care system.
