Centre for Substance Abuse Prevention

Centre for Substance Abuse Prevention was established in 2014 to focus on preventive and curative aspects of substance abuse related issues. Primary focus of work includes 
•    Communication sessions on health hazards   of substance abuse
•    Providing assistance to abstain/quit the habits

Vision & Mission
Vision: We envision a healthy community where people choose not to use substances of abuse and are free of related diseases
Mission: Plan and execute strategic efforts to create awareness on adverse effects of substance abuse and related diseases

Goals and Objectives
1. To spread awareness about the adverse effects of Substance abuse
2. To provide assistance in handling substance abuse-related problems 
3. To train the health professionals and allied professionals on the Substance Abuse Prevention activities
We are Located in 4th floor, Dental College Building. Our Counseling room includes ICT Facility and Learning materials for awareness program- Charts, PPTs, Pamphlets and Collection of videos
