Goals and Objectives 

  • Provide excellent state-of-the-art education for dental students, graduate dentists and post graduate residents in routine and advanced forms of oral & maxillofacial surgery.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care for patients requiring oral & maxillofacial surgical expertise in the school of dentistry, University Hospital and the community.
  • Advance the knowledge base of dental professionals including oral & maxillofacial surgical specialists via scholarly work; research, publications and presentations on a national and international basis.
  • Collaborate with other health professions both on and off campus to deliver education and patient care by multidepartment team approach.
  • Exclusive simulation training in various aspects of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students.
